OUR refund policy
You are eligible for a full refund assuming you meet all the requirement for a full refund.• Return Shipping Fees: Return Shipping Fees will be paid by the customer. It can also be charged to us but we will deduct it from your refund.
• Use your Own Shipping Method: You may use the shipping method of your choice at your own expense (we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping method). In this case, no return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process your return credit.
International Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the product, please inform us with 3 days upon receipt of the shipment to indicate into our account that your shipment is to be processed for refund. No refund will be given if we didn’t receive any report from you after 3 days upon receipt of the product; sale is considered final and closed.
NO exchanges
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item and we will process your refund.

If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return form that's included in every order. We will refund the purchaser who gave you the gift.
