All brand names & trademarks listed in our website and newsletters are property of their respective owners, and www.Lux4u2.com does not claim that it is an authorized dealer, nor an affiliated wholesaler, nor an agent of any of these designer brands.
Preliminary :
It will be considered that the following terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by every party that confirms a payment.- We deal with stocklots of designer's / brand name's apparels and accessories, for men, women and children. This consists in overstocks, surplus, cancel orders, end-of-series, and season orders ; from current season and previous year collection.
- - Merchandise is brand new, genuine, authentic, with regular tags & labels, legitimately distributed by authorized Europe-based sellers.
- - Pictures provided on Our website, or on Our Mailing-List, are non-contractual illustrations, and then are not part of a contract of sales.
- - Goods are certified authentic and we are delivered in new condition.
- - Once an item is placed to an order, it will be made available to others for not paying within 48 hours.
- - Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- - Goods once sold cannot be returned but can be exchanged with the same item.
- - There are several ways to pay the goods ordered. You can pay using your credit or pay by cash upon delivery.
- - www.Lux4u2.com will never store any credit card information. You will be directed to secure website where you can confidently enter your credentials, i.e. Paypal or Moneybookers only.
- - All claims must be done within a 48 hours upon receipt of the products. After that given duration, sales is considered as final.
- - All orders will be dispatch within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment.
- - Buyer agrees to allow at least 3 to 7 days for the delivery of the goods and may take longer to some areas.
- - Both buyer and www.Lux4u2.com agree to do all efforts to solve all legal situations on a friendly manner, with good faith. Only the courts of the city where LUX4U2 is based will be eligible to arbitrate any legal issues which would not been previously resolved in a friendly way.
